Insulating glass minimizes the transfer of sound or heat to perform functions such as insulation performance and noise isolation. The sealant for insulating glass has to be durable because it supports the glass and the glass structure. Bathroom/kitchen sealant is a product that requires anti-mold performance and is applied to areas prone to mold growth, such as around the bathtub and sink. Additionally, since it is used in indoor living spaces, it must meet various environmental regulations, including emission standards for harmful substances like TVOC (Total Volatile Organic Compounds).

It blocks the rapid spread of flames and harmful gases in the event of a fire in a building. It is mainly used to seal around cable trays, pipes, ducts, and inter-floor fire compartments to prevent flame spread with excellent flame retardancy in case of fire.

Civil engineering sealants are applied to construction and civil construction sites (concrete pavements, airport runways, etc..) They prevent damage and cracks that may occur due to contraction and expansion of materials with excellent elasticity and restoring force. Since they are applied mainly to the exterior of buildings, excellent weather resistance and durability are required. For products for airport runways, excellent oil resistance against aviation fuel oil is required.

Industrial adhesives/sealants are mainly used for product assembly finishing and glass attachment in various industrial sites (heavy equipment, vehicles, special vehicles, railroad car manufacturers,etc.. Water-based silicone water repellent forms a semi-permanent water repellent layer on the exterior wall surface of the building to prevent penetration of water and base ions, thereby preventing damage and contamination (whitening) of the exterior wall. In addition, it helps to extend the life of the building by maintaining the air permeability of the substrate surface to which the product is applied, and has the advantage of being harmless to the human body as an aqueous emulsion type.

Architectural gaskets are inserted between windows and doors to maximize water and airtightness. Silicone gaskets for construction have excellent basic properties (heat/cold resistance, weather resistance, resilience) and long-term durability, so they are gradually being applied to replace the existing TPE (thermoplastic rubber) and EPDM (organic rubber). Registering excellent compatibility with architectural sealants, they are also used in high-rise buildings with curtain wall construction.
