LSR/HCE Connector Seal
Typical automotive parts include connector seals, O-rings, and gaskets. These parts are manufactured using oil bleeding LSR/HCE. Oil bleeding LSR/HCE provides water and airtightness between socket and plug of electronic equipment by draining silicone oil over time after molding. In addition, they improve assemblability by reducing friction during module manufacturing. In line with ever lighter and smaller automobile parts, more sophisticated and detailed parts can be manufactured through LIMS (Liquid Injection Molding System) using LSR.
