The SL7265A/B(H) reduces the surface resistance value to 1010~1011Ω, meeting the surface resistance criteria of 1012Ω or less required in electronic devices. Furthermore, this product maintains stability in surface resistance even when left at room temperature for extended periods, enhancing the stability of electronic devices.

LSR for Office Automation Rollers
Many parts of a roller for office automation (OA) equipment such as printers and copiers are currently manufactured with silicone rubber. This is because LSR is a high heat-resistant product that can withstand temperatures of about 200°C for a long time, and has a low compression shrinkage rate to ensure long-term printing reliability. The OA roller is manufactured by wrapping the LSR around metal core rods such as aluminum or SUS. In this case, the attachment of the rod and the LSR is important, so a separate primer is required.

Since LSR is difficult to adhere to plastic or non-ferrous metals such as TPU or PE, primer is a must-have product. Primer is sprayed or coated on the surface of the substrate and then cured at an appropriate temperature for use.
