Our HR system is designed to value employees’ talents and
competency and help them to take pride in their work.
To establish a horizontal and flexible organizational culture, we have abolished the five-tier rank system and implemented a two-tier title system. Titles now only represent differences in responsibilities and authority related to the job, rather than indicating vertical hierarchical relationship.
At the beginning of every year, all members of the organization establish annual goals, and the company provides feedback through mid-term evaluations to ensure that all members can successfully achieve their goals. Afterwards, based on individual job performance and capabilities, a fair and reasonable evaluation is conducted to provide growth opportunities as global talents.
We offer incentives and bonuses to our employees based on their job performance and competency identified through a fair and objective evaluation system. “Employee Reward System” is also implemented to reward their achievements.
Flexible Work Arrangements
The company operates a flexible working system so that employees can select and adjust their working hours to achieve work-life harmony and increase the efficiency of manpower utilization. The company introduced the 'selective working hour system', which sets the total working hours and lets employees choose the start and end of work. In order to achieve on-time departure from the office and prevent overtime, we also operate the ‘PC-Off’ system and the ‘working hour management system’.
