Electrical Transmission and Distribution
HVI (High Voltage Insulator)
HCE for HVI registers excellent tracking, arc resistance with high electrical insulation. Furthermore, due to its excellent resistance to UV, weather and chemicals, it remains unchanged in various external natural environments (high temperature/humidity. marine/alpine). It is also widly used for electrical insulators, Surge Arrest, Hollow core, etc.
-
Insulators - LSR
Since liquid silicone is easy for injection molding and is simple to work with, it helps to improve productivity. Silicone is put to various applications such as insulators and surge arresters due to its excellent insulating properties, weather and tracking resistance.
-
Insulators - HCE
HCE materials are easy to handle in their solid form. Like LSR, it has excellent properties for weathering, tracking resistance, and arc resistance.
-
Hollow-core insulator
Hollow-core insulators are used as insulators for high voltage devices such as arrestors and bushings. It has excellent electrical properties such as tracking and arc resistance and is suitable for injection molding because of its low viscosity and excellent flowability.
-
Cable accessories
Safety comes first for cable accessories since they are buried outdoors or underground and used for a long time. We provide liquid silicone for insulation and semi-conductors that have been verified by our customers.
-
Primer
LSR has the disadvantage of being difficult to attach to plastics or non-ferrous metals such as FRP, TPU, or PE, so primer is a must-have product. The primer is sprayed or coated on the surface of the substrate and cured at an appropriate temperature. Our primer provides excellent adhesion to FRP and silicone.

For Wires &Cables
Due to successive industrial accidents, the demand for safer and more reliable electric cables is increasing throughout society. Silicone as a wire covering material can be used in various electric cables such as vessels, automobiles with higher flexibility and superior voltage resistance, electric insulation than general organic rubber. In addition, the silicone product for safety cables is designed to keep the wires safe for a period of time in case of fire.
