The SL7265A/B(H) reduces the surface resistance value to 1010~1011Ω, meeting the surface resistance criteria of 1012Ω or less required in electronic devices. With lower surface resistance, it minimizes static electricity generation when injecting various materials into electronic devices, enabling them to operate normally. Furthermore, this product maintains stability in surface resistance even when left at room temperature for extended periods, enhancing the stability of electronic devices.
SL7265A/B(H) possesses excellent flowability, making it suitable for various and complex injection molding operations. Its superior curing properties can enhance the durability of final products. As a molding process with an additional curing system, it emits almost no odor and produces no by-products, making it an environmentally friendly product. Additionally, with excellent transparency, it minimizes contamination in the field and facilities, and aids in monitoring products and identifying defects during the injection process, thereby improving manufacturing process efficiency.

Automotive Parts
Typical automotive parts using LSR include connector seals, O-rings, and gaskets. These parts are specially manufactured using Oil bleeding LSR, which exudes silicone oil over time after molding, giving water and airtightness between socket and plug of electronic equipment. In addition, it improves assembling workability by reducing the frictional force of module manufacturing. These automobile parts are getting lighter and smaller, and more sophisticated and detailed parts can be manufactured through LIMS (Liquid Injection Molding System) using LSR.

SL80XX Series
When molding baby products with general liquid silicone, a separate post-curing process is required to meet the volatile content of 0.5% or less, which leads to increased power costs, labor costs, and decreased productivity. To solve this problem, KCC Silicone developed the SL80XX series and released the LSR that satisfies the EN 14350-2 standard without post-curing.
- - Low volatiles content
- - Save time and energy because there is no post-curing process
- - Excellent transparency and mechanical properties
