KCC Silicone holds quarterly CRB (Compliance Review Board) meetings targeting management-level personnel at or above the team leader level to share, assess, and educate on compliance with various regulations and internal rules. This year, in the 3rd quarter as well, the CRB was held on September 20th without fail. During this meeting, special discussions were focussed on the company’s IP asset leakage and the corresponding response strategies.

Through the CRB, the company proactively shares potential legal issues that may arise internally, closely collaborates among relevant departments to manage risks, and strives to establish an advanced internal compliance culture. For example, the company shares the status of EHS activities carried out in various factories and research centers, cross-checking safety management and compliance with regulations. This is done in close collaboration with the legal department to maintain a high level of safety management. Additionally, an issue tracker is used to identify and provide continuous support for all items that are or may become problematic on a quarterly basis.
