KCC Silicone is actively engaged in various activities aimed at preventing industrial accidents through the enhancement of in-house safety competence. In 2023, in accordance with the Occupational Safety and health Act, we strengthened the mandatory training for supervisory personnel. Previously, the mandatory training was completed through external contracted education, but we transitioned to sucomized, in-house group training tailored to the KCC Silicone workplace (from the factory to in-house partner companies). As a result, not only has there been an imporvement in external mobility loss but also a significant increase in the quality of education, enhancing the competence of supervisory personnel and overall satisfaction. Direct communication with education instructors has become possible, participation in tailored education suitable for KCC Silicone has increased, and the effectiveness of education has been greatly enhanced. We have also come to realize the importance of the role of supervisory personnel and recognize the necessity of such training to create a safe working environment. KCC Silicone aims to further enhance workplace safety using this education, strengthen the leadership and competence of employees and managers, and build a safer workplace. We are moving forward in the direction of improving safety awareness through customized training and continuous communication.
